This report included group photographs of teams within the corporation to demonstrate a commitment to employees, contractors and partners. Each portrait also contained a word or phrase representing a brand attribute, projected and captured in-camera. Stride Rite offices throughout the world were encouraged to provide candid photos shot by employees. As a demonstration of a lean and mean approach to the bottom line, the piece was printed in black & white.
