Cleaves & Company, Inc. was a legal firm that helped property owners and developers use public and private sector environmental incentives to create an economic increase in existing property value. From improved air emissions to the use of renewable fuel, to the restoration of impaired ecosystems, the company used existing regulatory mandates to develop business opportunities that are good for the environment. Because as an environmental law firm, Cleaves made many presentations to civic organizations often involved in heated discussions. For this reason, it was necessary for the company to adopt a visual identity that was extremely friendly and approachable.
